Making A Purchase
  1. Prices are not negotiable as to be fair with all our customers, and to reserve the rights of our members, unless otherwise stated.
     
  2. If you are interested in any of the items, please leave a comment at the comment box or email us your name, valid email address, item code, quantity and method of purchase. Priority would be given to customers that provided the all of the above first.
     
  3. You may leave your particulars (just like how you order an item) even if the item is pending so that if the order fails to get through, you will be the next in line.
     
  4. Items can only be held on hold for a maximum of seven days, including the confirmation of your order and the making of payment. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled without notice.
     
  5. Payment Methods: POSB/DBS Bank Transfer, Concealed Cash (at your own risk) and Meet ups at our convenience.

    POSB/DBS Bank Transfer is strongly recommended.
     
  6. A confirmation email with your Purchase Order No. (PO No.) will be sent to you, and we hope to receive the payment as soon as possible.

    Payment through:
    POSB/DBS Bank Transfer:     Please drop us a reply via email together with your Transaction ID and PO No after you made the payment.

    Concealed Cash: Please write down your name, contact number, email and PO No. together with the money.

    Please note that it will take about 5-10 working days, after the payment has been made, for items ordered to be delivered upon your doorstep, and that includes the postage time as well.
     
  7. There will be an additional charge of SGD1.00(accessories) or SGD2.00(fashion apparels), and SGD3.00 for normal postage and registered postage (upon request) respectively. Charges are prior to changes depending on the weight of your purchases. We will not be held liable for any lost of mail.
     
  8. Items bought are non-exchangeable nor refundable.

P.S: Do check out the archives to look back at the goods we have, as it might be possible for us to do a re-stock. (:

Membership
  1. SGD7.00 for one year's membership, and SGD5.00 for subsequent years. Alternatively, you can choose to accumulate 150SA points in exchange for a year's membership.

    (SGD1.00 = 1SA point)
     
  2. Members can get to enjoy 10% off regular purchases.

    P.S: We reserve the rights to amend any part of this membership scheme at any point of time. We will inform you if there are changes made, but it would be the member's responsibility to check out this corner regularly.
